What data and why
Through the form on this website we process your name, email, optionally your phone number and the content of your message. The sole purpose is to handle your request for a viewing of the house at Na Kampě 1 and the related communication.
The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent given by ticking the box in the form, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long
We keep the data for the duration of handling your enquiry and the related communication, at most 12 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises.
Who sees the data
The data is delivered by email to the appointed agent. Form delivery is technically provided by a form relay service that does not store the data. This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You may withdraw consent by email to the address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
